The founder of K9 University (Angel Soriano), is an established trainer and behavioral expert; with active memberships with the American Dog Trainers Association (ADTA), the National Dog Trainers Association (NDTA), the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), listed as an Approved CGC Evaluator by the American Kennel Club (AKC); who has been training service dogs since 1985.  Involved in contraband searches for nearly as long as the company has been in existence.  Most recently, the company has led the research and development charge working in the conservation field; training dogs to detect endangered species, in an effort to help the development and conservation industry.

 

 

Our Staff

We at "K9U" are proud of our staff and what they stand for, and happy to state that all of our instructors and handlers are certified as Detector Sniffer Dog Handlers prior to field assignments.  These credential are maintained, and yearly continuation education is required from all employees.

K9 University is located on 3 beautiful acres; all of which

are manicured and preserved for the purposes of our

endless training and canine maintenance that goes into

properly keeping a sharp working narcotics canine staff.

 

Our facility is located at 9217 NW Expressway, in

Oklahoma City.  In the North West part of town, exactly

half mile East of the Kilpatrick Turnpike, and half mile West

of County Line Road (North side of the road).
